2 eggs, salad. (Took photo halfway through). Didn’t want eggs again but only choice at salad bar and had forgotten emergency sardines!

Breakfast.
2 eggs, red pepper.

4.5 mile walk through snow and mud.

Ordered roast belly pork with no gravy and asked to swop potatoes and Yorkshire for extra veg.
